Nicole's presentation "Implementation of a lung cancer multidisciplinary team standardized template for reporting to general practitioners: a mixed methods study" was very well received, showcasing how a lung cancer MDT supports GPs to be kept well informed of the care their patients are receiving, enabling GPs to provide continuous care for their patients undergoing cancer treatment in a timely and transparent manner. As a result of the brilliant work and evaluation, MDTs in other streams wish to take up this approach for themselves.
